These Terms & Conditions govern your use of jessicashepherds.com and any reservation, purchase, or delivery arrangement made with Jessica Shepherds ("we," "us," "our"). By submitting a reservation request, you agree to the terms below.
Submitting a reservation request through our website or WhatsApp does not guarantee a puppy or dog until availability and payment are confirmed directly by our team. Puppies are reserved on a first-confirmed basis.
Listed prices reflect the puppy or dog only and do not include delivery. Delivery costs are quoted separately based on your location. Accepted payment methods are communicated directly during the reservation process.
All puppies and dogs are sold subject to our Health Guarantee. Buyers are responsible for a veterinary examination within 72 hours of receiving their puppy or dog.
Delivery timelines and methods are outlined on our Shipping & Delivery page. Delivery dates are estimates and may shift due to documentation, weather, or carrier schedules outside our control.
